Societal trends have forced business to shift the focus of their quality and auditing services towards a more holistic vision, to encompass a number of factors, and particularly environmental issues. This means that quality is no longer a conditionally indexed to customer satisfaction, but the pivotal factor around which company survival hinges. In turn, the company has to demonstrate are real talent for innovation. The good news is that quality can be quantified though technical solutions related to national or international standards.
